^^ Are the UFC and/or Brock going along with this? Or is the WWE just trying to crash the party?
Either way, it makes my stomach turn.
LOL
My impression is that the WWE is just trying to capitalize on Brock's success in the UFC (after all, if it was all set up, why would the Taker have shown up at the press conference expecting him to be there?). Although I know DW did say in an interview that he thought the Undertaker was a cool guy and that he wasn't offended by what happened after Brock's fight with Cain.
As for who Brock fights next, I wouldn't mind seeing a Mir/Brock rubber match, but if they're going to do that then let them wait a year or two. The Nelson fight isn't a bad one. I wouldn't mind seeing it.
Brock vs. Nelson or Mir III would be fine. I like watching the big name HW's go at it. I think Brock would beat both guys but I would not be surprised to see either one of them beat him. Nelson would look hilarious next to Brock.
DW is an ass wipe.
The undertaker is a db too. "Do you wanna do it?" and by "do it", I mean pretend fight and/or do clumsy dance fighting ballet around a ring for the amusement of children and rednecks...
Roy has only fought 1 wrestler (Monson)... just sayin. Brock probably knows he can take Roy down. And although Roy has good bjj, he is not a submission threat, he is totally positional. Brock probably realizes he can put Roy on his back and out position him. Roy does have the power though. Still, I think it is a pretty favorable matchup for Brock... they are both top control grapplers, and one of those guys can get top control whenever he wants it.
It's still a tougher fight than Mir. I bet he'd be able to get up off his back and even if he didn't, he's not going to be controlled and humiliated like Mir. He also doesn't quit when he gets punched, and will most likely stick around for 15 minutes. On top of that, the Mir rubber match is the bigger fight. Brock could take an easy (and bigger) payday beating up a guy he already knows he can.
