Scientist, i really do not understand where you get some of your rhetoric.

It is what I do, but it is not empty rhetoric. You don't have to say the words "I do this for a living therefore if you disagree with me you are wrong." If you say, "well I tried to save you guys, I will just ahve to come back and be right again, then maybe some day you simpletons will learn." The fact is that you have been dead wrong lots of times on this board- we were both flat out wrong on Alves/Howard for example. Half of everything you post reeks of this attitude though... so even if you don't beat us over the head with the "pro" mantra, when you say shit like this:

I could give a shit if you believe me when i say i have a little info. here. I have tried before in these matters, and i usually get shot down.

I don't know how you can not see that these kind of comments are condescending and obnoxious. We are all correct sometimes, and no one else goes "well i tried, see I was right again..." most of us say, "sorry about the loss" and then just stfu. And aside from all of that, it is not even true- you have been flatly wrong plenty of times. You may be right about Barry, he is a 2.5: 1 favorite, so it would not be entirely shocking...

But I can live with all of that. Everything was fine until you got pissed that I disagreed with you and tried to start making fun of my bets. You want to say I am incorrect about a fight, great, that is why we are here. But don't get pissy like little girl and start trying to make little comments about other unrelated things when I or someone else disagrees with you.

I don't give a shit how much money you are making or not making. Some guy that won the world poker tour a few years back was a "professional poker player". But he was living in his mom's house and had to borrow money from her to enter the tournament. He was obviously a skilled player though. Being a pro means different things to different people. I care about whether you can discuss a fight intelligently.

Just seems like something you like to bring up to rally the troops.

Scientist, when have I EVER came in here and bragged after I won a fight. When have I EVER threw a bet in someones face. NAME IT. Just you making shit up again to try to fan the flames. You think you can just make shit like that up? You think that scores points in here with other people?

Zak, go to about page 15, and you will see that I tried. The ONLY thing I have a problem with is just making stuff up about me or attributing what others have said and attach those comments to me. If you have a problem with me and my attitude, that is fine, and completely understanable. But to just make things up or bring up what other people have said and attach it to me is just wrong.
