You should create a link for the article though. Actually, I think a sticky with some primers and tools would be good. You could stick Peformity's article, yours, and some tools like an odds calculator and kelly bet sizing tool in there.2012: +19.33

^^probably has chicken legs like Brock. I will have to go after the ankles. I have been pumping iron though, I have added about 15 pounds of rock to my already jacked frame. I was trying to get down to stay at 180, I usually weigh about 190-200#. I weighed 213 this morning. I think I am just going to try to be a bigger guy. I told you I didn't make weight at that tourney where I grappled with that big feller, I thought it was because I was lazy, but I think I am just yoked now and I didn't notice it.

He aint the only one. I blew up to 380 after my injuries. Went from a solid ass 270 all the way to 380. Im down to 340 or so now, but lost a shit ton of muscle. 4 more weeks and I can hit it hard again. tryin to see 240-250 shredded.Comment
