Melanin pigment can absorb UV safely, without ionizing or breaking up in a way that would harm skin cell DNA. This is kind of the whole point of dark skin to begin with, evolution wise, but it has the downside that it also makes it harder for your skin to produce vitamin D from sunlight. Skin tone is an evolutionary balance between the effects of sun damage to the skin and the threat of vitamin D deficiency / rickets, with darker skin prevailing in sunnier climates and lighter skin in cloudier ones.

I didn't think it would be that funny at all when I went to see it. I really thought it was great. Then again, my sense of humor is ridiculous and I think everything is funny.

I went into it without having seen a trailer, but some people told me it looked pretty funny, and considering the cast and the premise I thought it would be awesome.

The only two really good things about it were Colin Farrell (who I didn't even realize was Colin Farrell until the credits) and Jamie Foxx.
