AGRIPINO - Have to give this horse a long look. In recent races, has posted the best speed ratings on the turf at this distance. This colt is in nice form. Finished second on February 2nd. You have to be keen on that last race figure, 75, which is the top most recent race speed rating of this group. Three consecutive improved speed figs (54-68-75) make this one a dominant contender.

DANVILLE - This morning-line favorite ran on January 23rd and hasn't had a blow out after that. Notched a disappointing speed figure last time around the track in a $32,000 Maiden Claiming race on January 23rd. Not likely to see an improved performance off of that rating. SPEAKERIT - This colt hasn't been showing me anything in the last two efforts. MASTERIO - A bit of a lackluster effort when this gelding finished ninth. This less than sharp equine ran a common rating in the last race. He shouldn't run better and will likely suffer defeat in today's event running that number.

GUEST COMMENTARY: The Brain - AGRIPINO - Horse did finish 2nd last out at Tampa Bay Downs, but was well ahead of the 3rd place finisher. A good indication he could improve today and find his way to the winner's circle for the 1st time.
