OffshoreInsiders.com Senior Handicapper Vic Duke has a premium pick on

                                Seattle (+3) for 2 Units ** (1-of-5)

Seattle/St. Louis 4:05: Seattle has quietly amassed a 5-1-1 ATS mark and we'll stay on them here; after all, they've dominated this series to the tune of 11-1 SU.

Seattle does have injuries to two key offensive lineman but will replace them with two experienced veterans that have had many starts over the years. And Seahawks' RB Lynch is running wild -- off two 100+ rush games -- and won't need a whole lot of daylight to slither through against a Rams' run stop unit allowing a generous 151 yards per game at 5.1 yards per carry.

Offensively, the Rams are stuck in neutral and Seattle's defense can create turnovers. The inconsistent Rams should get back to their losing ways after squeaking by AFC North lightweight Cleveland last week. The Rams are a poor 1-6 ATS following a non-conference win against a division opponent. Seahawks the call.

Meanwhile OffshoreInsiders.com exclusive handicapper Bill Tanner has a lock as well:

                                Cincinnati @ Baltimore (1-of-3)

This AFC North game is a battle of two teams tied for second place. The Bengals lost last week to Pittsburgh 27-17 and enter with a 6-3 record and 4-1 on the road. AJ Green has scored the most touchdowns for Cincinnati with 6 and has caught 635 yards for the season. Andy Dalton took over for Carson Palmer this year and has amassed 1866 yards passing. The team scores 23.6 points per game and is the 5th stingiest to score upon with 18.2 for the year.

Baltimore is 6-3 this year and has a bad loss to Seattle last week 22-17. Ray Rice is the face of the team with 5 touchdowns and 539 rushing yards. Joe Flacco mans the quarterback spot and has tossed for 2306 yards this season. The team scores 25 points a game and ranks 3rd best in allowing teams to score with 16.9 per game.

The Bengals are 7-2 in both ATS and O/U and Ravens enter with 5-4 ATS and 7-2 O/U in 2011. Both teams play tenacious defense and rank in the Top Ten in all the categories. The most impressive stat is the Bengals limit the running game of their opponents to only 86 yards per game. With this pick I considered the UNDER but really like the Bengals to play this game close so my bet is on Cincinnati +7.

                                Tanners Tip: Bengals +7
