Sorry but I don't beleive that. It sounds like they are trying to sell something. I have also heard about people gaining huge amounts of muscle in very short periods of time but it almost always involved steroids. I am trying to motivate myself to get into shape as well. I would be thrilled to make about 5-10 pounds of muscle gains in a year. I will only be working out upper body of course because of my ACL tear. -
Happy Thanksgiving IWS!!
oh, and today is going to be lame. My family isn't celebrating until Saturday since my cousin and his girlfriend are coming down. Today I have to go to my girlfriend's Mom's for Thanksgiving dinner (gay) so I am about to head over there. She is already being a bitch to me since she knows I don't want to go and stuff so this should be fun.
Dude, good luck.
Yet another reason why it's a dream of mine to find a girl whose family is dead.Leave a comment:

First off, I've already addressed the "muscle" argument.I don't think it is possible to gain 35 pounds of muscle in a year. You should set a more reasonable goal of 10 pounds or something like that. PooPoo, how much muscle can someone really gain in a year? I am 5'10'' and about 175 pounds. How much muscle could I gain in a year if I worked my ass off?
Second, there are plenty of documented cases of people gaining "impossible" amounts of lean mass in relatively short periods of time. Anthony Ellis is one. Casey Viator is another.
Have you ever heard of the Colorado Experiment?

I all depend on what you take (proteins, creatines, testosterone, how much you eat).I don't think it is possible to gain 35 pounds of muscle in a year. You can train your ass off but if you just eat normally and don't take any supplements, you won't gain muchLeave a comment:

I actually think that one of the biggest obstacles will be too much out-of-gym activity. Because I've been talking to a Shotokan instructor who's really into competitions--what I've been wanting to do--and he has invited me to come check out his class. If all goes well I might start doing that shit and if I do I'll be burning more calories.Leave a comment:

you can do it. I think it can be done, difficult, but possible. You are going to have to lift heavy and be meticulous about your training and diet/Leave a comment:
