    some 7 years ago, I weighed 250 for about 6 months. But it was a brief and exciting flirtation with extreme fatness. I have pretty much always weighed about 210-215 for my adult life. I got down to 175 a couple years ago, but that was brief as well. I wrestled 167, and had to cut to get there from about 180. I am naturally about 190-200 while not in crazy diet or workout mode. I am usually kind of fat at 210-215.
