The only reason competition does no matter is because for this discussion you happen to be on the other side of it. You, yourself have used the argument on many occasions. griffins decisions are against incredibly tough guys. I really do not knock him for it. i just think that Lentz only real avenue of beating Griffin is to outwrestle him, and I just doubt he does. I do not expect Griffin to fight in there like he did against Dunham and try to knock his head off with every punch and leave himself open for takedowns. His camp is to smart for that...but who knows.
If you really think Lentz has such a legit shot, why would you not bet him? The way you talk of this matchup, one would have to assume that Lentz has value in your eyes.
