Im probably about 310 right now. Lots of eating during football season.
Anyway, I'm picking back up working out with my Son doing his offseason football conditioning starting Monday with him, so I will be back on schedule. Trying to cut another 60 or 70 off by September.
P.s. My quads are 30", calves are 19"Comment

I have always been jealous of guys who have to work ro gain weight. I can pack on weight really easily... but I have to run like 5 miles a day to keep myself anywhere close to 10% bdy fat. I am probably 20% now.2012: +19.33

I am actually really flexible and mobile, it's strange. I wear 38 jeans so they aren't tight around my legs but I have to wear a belt or else my pants will be around my ankles after a couple minutes. I'm starting to get a little fat because I have been eating like BJ Penn does while at welterweight, so after my meet this weekend I am going to try and be a 215 lb version of Bruce Lee.Comment

right on, I was just messing... lifting actually increases flexibility I guess. There defintely seems to be a kill point though, like Pudz can't even get his hands up. You are still young, so you ought to be pretty agile. I wish my quads were bigger than my gut, I wear a 34 or if I am fat a 36, but they are baggy in the legs and somewhat tighter around the waist. What's on the bar there about 600?Comment

Clearly. But it is also somewhat genetic. I actually pretty clean most of the time, but I do consume a lot. I am not what you would call fat, like I don't have a gut that sticks out or anything, but I am not ripped. Even when I weighed 150 in HS, I wasn't ripped. I am about 5'11" or 6'.2012: +19.33
