                    I have always been jealous of guys who have to work ro gain weight. I can pack on weight really easily... but I have to run like 5 miles a day to keep myself anywhere close to 10% bdy fat. I am probably 20% now.

                        I am actually really flexible and mobile, it's strange. I wear 38 jeans so they aren't tight around my legs but I have to wear a belt or else my pants will be around my ankles after a couple minutes. I'm starting to get a little fat because I have been eating like BJ Penn does while at welterweight, so after my meet this weekend I am going to try and be a 215 lb version of Bruce Lee.

                            right on, I was just messing... lifting actually increases flexibility I guess. There defintely seems to be a kill point though, like Pudz can't even get his hands up. You are still young, so you ought to be pretty agile. I wish my quads were bigger than my gut, I wear a 34 or if I am fat a 36, but they are baggy in the legs and somewhat tighter around the waist. What's on the bar there about 600?

                              No I know what you mean. There are some bigger guys who just lift and end up kind of like stiffs but these are usually the 300 lb guys. I am only like 230 right now. 560 on the bar there..deadlift is my worse lift, most people deadlift more then they squat and I deadlift 40 lbs under my squat. I am built to squat I guess

                                Clearly. But it is also somewhat genetic. I actually pretty clean most of the time, but I do consume a lot. I am not what you would call fat, like I don't have a gut that sticks out or anything, but I am not ripped. Even when I weighed 150 in HS, I wasn't ripped. I am about 5'11" or 6'.
